  12. I am going to implement a new character set not supported by
  13. MS-DOS at my PC and would like to use the MS-DOS programs for
  14. national language support and thus define a new code page.
  15.  
  16. But I am missing information about the format of two data files
  17. I have to change as they contain code page informations:

  19. COUNTRY.SYS  - containing among other things the mapping
  20.                between lowercase and uppercase letters and            
  21.                collating sequence.
  22. KEYBOARD.SYS - containing keyboard information used by KEYB.COM.
  23.  
  24. I would be very glad if someone can give a reference where the
  25. format of one or both of these files are described. In advance
