- Has anybody actually done tests on the speed of optimized code put out
- by gcc vs. commercial compilers? Would anybody care to comment?
-
- I am interested in buying a compiler, but if gcc puts out production
- quality code, I won't buy one, since I am only interested in command
- line compiling optimized code.
-
- Email would be appreciated.
