  15. I don't know if this is the right group to send this letter, but 
  16. I hope you can give me some help anyway.

  18. I'm going to make a program in The Microsoft Windows enviroment. It's a 
  19. tool that operates the synthesizer in a sound card (e.g. Pro Audio
  20. Spectrum 16). It will make the card play sounds like an explosion, type-
  21. writer click etc.

  23. Does it exists programs like this? I'm also interested in books, magazines,
  24. etc. that have conections to this program I'm going to make.
