- Actually, I changed this. The window management stuff has been moved
- out into a macintosh device driver (more like a desk accessory really).
- This is so that eventually a nonkernel process can be fully in charge
- of the screen, with its own windows, menus, etc, and this process and
- the "terminal" windows will be able to coexist without any special
- work. It does have scrollback, copy/paste.
