  10. I upgraded my system to the new SLS and now my ftpd broke...  Here's what
  11. happens:

  13. Connected to netrats.dayton.saic.com.
  14. 220 netrats FTP server (Version 5.60) ready.
  15. Name (netrats:gbothe): gbothe
  16. 530 User gbothe access denied.
  17. Login failed.
  18. Remote system type is UIX.
  19. Using binary mode to transfer files.
  20. ftp> quit
  21. 221 Goodbye.

  23. Whenever I try to login as a real user, I get a 'login failed'.  However, if I
  24. log in as 'anonymous', everything works fine.  And when I try to log in as a
  25. user who doesn't exist, it asks me for a password (as it should).  So my
  26. problem is that my ftpd (from net-bin-0.2) will not let me log in as a real
  27. user...  Help would be appreciated...
