  13. I have a strange problem. I tried to install at1.1 and it gives me as
  14. non-root the message "cant give away file". The manpage says that the
  15. chown() function may be used (BSDish) only by root. I have asked
  16. Thomas and he said that 
  17. - chown() works for non-root SysV-style, and 
  18. - at runs perfectly at his box and he knows of others.
  19. Any clues? I'm running the 99.2 kernel on a minix-fs.
