- Hello.
-
- I truly apologize for wasting time and space here, but I'm just
- finding out about Linux and am VERY interested in getting going
- with it.
-
- I've flipped through various FAQ and installation guides on the
- different archive sites but am still sort of confused about how
- to proceed (I understand a new version of Linux just came out?).
-
- If anyone out there would be willing to give me some direction
- about how to get Linux (i.e. which version, etc.) up and running,
- I would GREATLY appreciate it!
-
- I reasonably well versed in Unix and DOS and don't think it is
- beyond me to do this. I just don't want to make a wrong move.
-
- I have a 33MHz 80386 w/ a 200MB IDE drive, and a Diamond SpeedStar
- card.
-
- I am interested in getting as many features of Linux as possible.
-
- Thanks in advance,
-
- Brian
