  13.    I recently got the new Cabletron ethernet drivers installed in a new
  14. kernel (0.99pl4) only to find that telnet aborts claiming that it
  15. can't find 'libc.2.2.2' in /lib. Well, I agree. I can't find it either.
  16. I assume this one of the many incarnations of the standard C library
  17. already on my system. If so, which one does it refer (and should be
  18. linked) to? If not, where can I acquire it?

  20.   Second question: after getting .99pl4 to work, emacs decided to stop.
  21. It exits with an 'IOT Trap' error after drawing the editor screen. Do
  22. I need a new emacs to go with the new kernel?
