- This is a series of transcripts which my failed installation of Linux
- resulted in.

- Firstly I show the transcript of what happens when I try to boot from the
- 'boot' floppy created by 'doinstall'.

- I then give a transcript (less some of the softlanding guff) of the
- installation on the /dev/hda2.

- If anyone has any ideas as to why this does not work, or ways to fix the
- problem, I would be most appreciative.
