  12.     I now have this nice IBM 8514 monitor which I would like to run
  13. Linux on, particularly X.  Thetrouble is I can't seem to get timings
  14. right for it.  I am using one of those dreaded Trident chipsets - the
  15. ET-4000 card I got doesn't seem to like working in my machine (it works
  16. in others but not mine for some reason) - and I think my problems are
  17. with the vertical timings.  Could someone drop me a line with the
  18. entries I need?  Please email, as there is so much activity on this
  19. group that it's very easy for me to miss a posted reply.  Thanks...
