- Hi All!
-
- I just added a 2nd ST296N to my configuration:
-
- - ST-01 jimpered to zero waitstates
- - 2*ST296N / sda1 == sdb1 == one primary partition
- formatted with interleave 2
- - 386dx-25
-
- After booting, mkefs-ing and mounting sdb1 to /user, I tried
-
- (cwd==/user) tar clpf - / | tar xvpf -
-
- Some minutes of work on both drive result in a coldboot (yes, with
- memory check)...
-
- This happens with kernel 0.99.2...
-
- First it happened with sda being formatted with interleave 2 and sdb
- with interleave 1. Since it failed, I formatted sdb using interleave
- 2...
-
- Any ideas, what's going wrong ?
-
- Bye,
- Ulf
