  13. Well I gave up on my ATI Wonder card and went out and bought a Trident
  14. card (tvga8900C, 1Mbyte). When I run X386 it works well, unfortunately ...
  15. when I exit from X back to regular terminal mode I get black text on a
  16. black background. I can't see any text. If I do an "ls" the disk makes
  17. a noise but I don't see the results. Is there a program to reset the
  18. video text mode to white on black text?

  20. This problem is mentioned in the FAQ as a bug but I couldn't find a 
  21. workaround.
