  18. Well, good docs certainly help, but the basic complexity is still there.
  19. Until the system itself is simplified, I'm afraid that writing docs is
  20. rather a band-aid solution.

  22. I don't expect the system to actually be simplified, that would involve
  23. breaking some traditions, and people generally refuse to do that -
  24. occasionally with good reason, but more often out of habit.
