  16. CALL FOR PARTICIPATION

  20. The first annual Workshop on Object-Oriented Design will be held 
  21. at the Snowbird Conference Center in Snowbird, Utah March 8- 
  22. 10, 1993.  This workshop will provide a forum for serious 
  23. practitioners and investigators in the area of Object-Oriented 
  24. Analysis and Design; convening for the purpose of sharing ideas 
  25. and discussing challenges in this rapidly emerging field.

  28. Topics will include, but are not limited to the following areas:  the 
  29. Object Model, integration of object, functional and state models, 
  30. notation, state machines, bridging the gap from analysis to design 
  31. and process.

  34. WOOD '93 is a not-for-profit workshop, intended to create an 
  35. environment where ideas can be shared and reviewed.  Any profits 
  36. from the workshop will be applied toward WOOD '94.  The 
  37. registration fee covers materials, meeting rooms and light meals.
