  17.    Why? I am not so sure I understand why you can't validate an Ada
  18. compiler Under Windows 3.1. Is it because of the tasking model that
  19. Ada needs, if so then Windows definitely supports such a model better
  20. than DOS (Sick!!)! I would be interested in knowing the technical reasons
  21. why you can't have a validated Ada compiler under Windows 3.1
