  12. I'm looking for information on the Tascam 488/688 recorder/board products.  
  13. Does anyone have an opinion on the sound quality of the mixer/recorder, 
  14. transport durability, MIDI sync features, etc. of these products?  I'm 
  15. hoping one of these decks will be useful in a personal demo studio 
  16. environment.
