  14. Does anyone now if there is a MCI command string for the videodisc
  15. device to enable and disable the frame display?  I've looked through the
  16. Microsoft Multimedia Programmer's Reference and I can't find anything
  17. that looks as if it would do this.  Almost all videodiscs support this
  18. feature.
