  20. Apple's QuickTime Starter Kit includes the _Movie Converter_ app,
  21. I quote chapter and verse....

  24. To convert a PICS animation file to a QuickTime movie:

  27.     from the File menu.

  29. 2. In the dialog box, choose the PICS
