  12.     I am looking for a software sound driver that will simulate an installed
  13.     sound card and allow .WAV files to be played out the pc speaker.  More
  14.     specifically, I am using Windows 3.1 and want to hear the sounds w/out
  15.     having to buy a $150 card.....
