- There are several RGB-NTSC converter boxes available, but you'll not be
- very
- satisfied with their results either. Realize that you are trying to show
- 840 horizontal and 1152 verticle lines of resolution on a system that is
- limited to 525 (in reality ~ 450 lines are displayed) horizontal lines,
- and
- vertically you are limited to (assuming a Super-VHS recorder) about 425
- lines,
- or about 250 lines using a regular VHS recorder. You also have the problem
- of progressive scan versus interlaced which further reduces your apparent
- resolution. The only good solution is to go to film.
