- Yes, something like what is used to process CFVs or list subscriptions
- would be good. You could include a bill number, "yes" or "no" and
- perhaps your Congresscritter's name.

- starting a Congressional news newsgroup. I still think that would be a
- great idea to help us keep abreast of what our representatives are
- doing, discuss bills, appointments, junkets, etc.

- population, but _generally_ are more well educated and interested in
- what's going on in the world than the population in general.
