- I am quite sure that most map coordinators don't use any automation
- at all. I am investigating automation, but have not implemented it yet.

- A good guideline is that any map entry should be updated 6 to 12
- months, even if it doesn't contain new information. It gives the mapping
- project coorindator an indication that your site is still alive.

- If you do have a change in connectivity, then it is always a good
- idea to resubmit a new map entry as soon as possible.
