- I betting this is an FAQ...

- I am installing smail3 on a sun sparc that has no uucp programs
- installed on it (no /usr/bin/uuname in particular), hence all our mail
- is smtp based direct to the ethernet and we forward any strange address
- to a gateway machine.

- My problem is that smail tries to use uucp mailing when forwarding
- an unknown address to the gateway. How do I turn off the uucp stuff?
