- Does anybody know a good way to combine the functions of Autoreply and Filter?
- I want to reply to personal mail that I will be out of town until such and
- such a date, but I don't want that to bounce to mailing lists. Is there a
- good way to do this, perhaps by filtering out anything with a From line
- containing the word list? Does filter snag the mail BEFORE it gets to
- autoreply (can they work in harmony) or is it better to just do it all with
- filter (if a piece of mail comes in and does NOT have the word list in it,
- save that message and forward a response to the sender telling him/her I'm
- gone). Can anyone suggest a good course of action?
-
- Email reply is preferred and I will post a summary later if desired.
-
- Thanks
