- Hi,
-
-
- i just installed elm 2.4 PL20, upgrading from elm 2.3PL11.
- Environment: SunOS4.1.1, Sun SparkStation II
-
- There were two things:
-
- 1) elm refuses to compile with:
-
- redeclaration of utimbuf in leavembox.c
-
- i had to '#define UTIMBUF' in config.h
- So the Configure-script doesn't seem correctly set up the configuration file.
-
-
- 2) i'v run into the following:
-
- i tryed to read from a folder ('abc' in maildirectory) for alias 'xyz' from cmd-line
- with:
- elm -f @xyz
- which gave me:
-
-
- Floating Point Exception signal!
-
-
- Emergency exit taken! All temp files intact!
-
- If i try to read the folder with the correct foldername:
- elm -f =abc
- everything is fine.
- [From within elm, the change folder command with @xyz works as exspected]
-
-
- -) Now a question:
-
- i try to tag specific messages according to patterns in the "to"-field, since
- ^T only searches 'from' and 'subject', i first 'limit' the messages using
- 'to <pattern>', an then tagging all the selected msgs. Now it would be nice to have
- a 'tag'cmd wich moves the msg-pointer to the next msg (like 'n(ext)').
-
- OR is there a more easy way to do that.
-
-
- Stefan.
