  12. We are currently using 2.3-pl11 to serve over a thousand users. I
  13. have skimmed comp.mail.elm in an attempt to determine whether 2.4
  14. is stable enough to install. It appears that patch level 17 is a
  15. possible stable release point. However, no versions of 2.4 have
  16. been posted to comp.sources.unix (as far as I can tell), despite it's
  17. having been released back in October 92. Is it too buggy to post or
  18. have Syd and company simply been too busy? Should we wait for the
  19. release of 3.0 over the summer?   Thanks.
