  11. I uploaded a bug fix of my spice circuit simulator for 
  12. Windows NT / Windows 3.1

  14. If your target system is Windows NT, get the spice41.txt, spice41.zip,
  15. & spice42.zip
  16.  
  17. If your target system is Windows 3.1, also get spice43.zip, which contains
  18. the Win32s components necessary for running Windows NT binaries on a
  19. Windows 3.1 system.

  21. You can get it at wuarchive.wustl.edu.

  23. It's in the /pub directory.  Don't get the spice4.zip, which is old.
