- The example did not list standards. I would be most interested in knowing
- if any official (IEEE, ANSI, ISO, etc) standards are available on-line.
- At some time in the future, I've no doubt it will be done, but it hasn't
- yet to my knowledge. A public-key authentication mechanism, were such a
- thing in general use, could certainly provide the guarantee of
- authenticity.
