- I believe that IEEE owns the copyright of the standard. If any ftp site
- still has a copy of the draft, they should remove it right away.
- Downloading the draft will violate the copyright. To get the standard,
- send a check to IEEE.

- above source. Note that R4RS is slightly different than the standard,
