  21. I believe that IEEE owns the copyright of the standard.  If any ftp site
  22. still has a copy of the draft, they should remove it right away.
  23. Downloading the draft will violate the copyright.  To get the standard,
  24. send a check to IEEE.

  26. To avoid spending any money, R4RS is free.  You can download it from the
  27. above source.  Note that R4RS is slightly different than the standard,
  28. which is older.
