  19. IEEE (like other standards organizations) explicitely proscribes the
  20. distribution of standard drafts, electronically or otherwise, after
  21. publication of the standard.  This keeps folks from believing they have the
  22. standard when they don't.  If something close to the standard is good
  23. enough, use R4RS.  If you have to have the real thing, you've got to pay
  24. for it.  For those who missed the standard distribution information, here
  25. it is again.
