- The proposed ISO M-2 is virtually a Modula-2 derivative (just as TurboPascal
- is a Pascal derivative). An enormous amount has been added to the language.
- Opinions may be divided as to whether this is a step backwards or forwards.
- I recollect that Algol 68 did the same sort of thing to Algol, and who now
- uses Algol-68?
