- Does anyone out there know how to get Fortran to display 256 colours? I
- intend to convert a gif file to pcx format and import it in. The
- problem is, the user's manual only specifies 16 colours for vga mode.I'm
- using the salford compiler (ftn77/286 ver 2.65). The manual also said
- something about a configdb file but I'm not sure how it works. I tried
- using the subrountine high_resolution_graphics_mode but it doesn't seem
- to work either. Can someone please help? I need the information urgently
- as I have a project to hand up.
- Thank you.
