  12.  Can anybody tell me if I can compile a program that will run from DOS using
  13. Turbo C++ ? I can't believe that you can only make Windows programs with the
  14. Windows version. Do I need a separate compiler for DOS, or am I missing something.
  15. As you can probably tell, I haven't done much of this, so I appreciate any help.
