  14.    I am trying to find a book on building graphics user interfaces under
  15.    DOS using C++ (Borland, preferably).  I know a little of C++, but have 
  16.    no experience building GUIs, so I figure such a book would help me learn
  17.    C++ and building GUIs at the same time.  Any references would be quite
  18.    helpful.
