  20. reading the relevant FAQ or FAQs before posting is considered common
  21. courtesy.

  26. The group news.answers contains (nearly) all FAQs.  If they have
  27. expired on your site, try ftp to rtfm.mit.edu, or the mailserver on
  28. that site (mail-server@rtfm.mit.edu).  (This should be common Usenet
  29. knowledge.)
