  12. How does one create forms management programs that can be ported
  13. from one platform to another with minimal recoding.  Some
  14. of these platforms have Window Managers like Motif, OPENLOOK
  15. and Microsoft Windows and some don't.  There are commercially
  16. available solutions like XVT's Portability Toolkit which are
  17. fabulously expensive for the kind of application that I have in mind.
  18. Any suggestions in this regard would be appreciated.
