- For some reason my links from a unix-based server to mac servers aren't
- working. I've done this in the past, so when I recreated the structure
- of my gopher network I've obviously forgotten something simple.
-
- I need to link to a mac called (for brevity's sake) a.b.c.edu. The server
- and files are in Macintosh HD:server. I would have assumed that my link
- file should look like this:
-
- Name=Neat remote server machine
- Type=1
- Port=70
- Path=:Macintosh HD:server
- Host=a.b.c.edu
-
- I can access this server directly, so I know it works. What dreadfully
- simple mistake am I making? I suspect it's the selector string, but I
- don't have any Mac examples around to guide me.
