- Checkout a raytracer called RTrace at asterix.inescn.pt [192.35.246.17].

- There is a module called: pdb2scn which can convert files from the
- Brookhaven Protein Data Bank (PDB format), ALCHEMY (MOL format),
- and CHEMICAL (DAT format) into something more portable
- to raytracers (list of spheres). There is even an example DNA file.

- The format of RTrace SCN is simple and easy to use. You should be able
- to trace even large models in much less time than it would take to
- draw them by hand... the example DNA file takes 14 seconds on a
- Sparcstation 2. RTrace also works on a large range of machines
- including DOS/Windows/Unix/Vax/Transputers/Macintosh/...
