- Hello,
-
- We're trying to create 3d wireframes of aircraft from the three 2d
- views. We can scan in outlines from Jane's Encyclopedia of Aircraft
- or clipart, but what we really want is a 3d wireframe (eventually
- filled) that we can rotate however to get any profile.
-
- The end use will either be a 2d surface or animation. We can work on
- Mac, PC, and/or Unix (Sun Sparc) and we have an underutilized Pixar I.
- Does anybody know of any good share/freeware that will let us take
- our 2d outlines and automagically get a 3d wireframe out?
-
- Thanks in advance!
- Jim
