  18.     I have a program (off the Net) which loads the GIF image of my choice
  19. into the root window of my VAXStation.  I have a friend who has an MS-DOS
  20. or MicroSoft Windows machine, who would like to do the same thing.  Are you
  21. aware of any programs out on the Net which will accomplish this?  Thanks!
