- the setrgbpalette() instruction (as i remember it, anyhow) it only for use
- with the 8514 bgi (and third-party .bgis that use the same approach.) As I
- remember it (and it's getting hazy) for some reason, only the 64 EGA palette
- colors were available through the bgi, even in VGA 640x480x16 mode. Anyway,
- that's how i remember it. Could be completely wrong. See the #include.
