  9. I am looking for a program to convert MS Windows BMP files to HPGL or
  10. another vector format.  The problem is that Mathcad 3.1, while being
  11. a Windows program, only supports HPGL graphics file importing.  The
  12. bitmap data is black and white line art.  Your response by e-mail
  13. would be appreciated.  I will summarize in a post.
