  15. Recently I tried downloading some Postscript fonts to a 
  16. hard drive attached to a LaserWriter IINTX from my Macintosh IIfx
  17. running System 7.1.  I tried using the latest utility from Apple 
  18. for the task (7.2) and discovered to my surprise that it reported  
  19. every postscript font I owned was defective and it could not do the
  20. job as a result.  This was even the case after reformatting the 
  21. drive on the printer and restarting it.  Fortunately when I tried the
  22. older software from Apple for the task (7.0), the problem went away.
  23. Has anyone else experienced this problem and know its cause?

  25. Where does Apple or Adobe document the postscript stuff about downloading
  26. fonts to drives attached to PostScript printers?
