  14.  I'd like to implement MNP (level 5) and/or V.42bis error-correction/
  15. compression protocols in a PC board I'm about to design, so can anyone
  16. advise references to descriptions (papers/books/files available 
  17. via FTP) of these protocols (from the implementors point of view, i.e. 
  18. formal descriptions)? 
  19.   Please, do not post files themselves, receipt of big files from abroad
  20. is expensive in Russia.
