  15. I'm not normally subscribe to this newsgroup so if this question isn't
  16. appropriate please tell me and a suggestion as to which newsgroup would
  17. be appreciated.

  19. My friend is thinking about buying a modem.

  21. The first modem is a Zoom 14.4 /FAX external modem
  22. The second is a PC Logic 14.4 /FAX external modem
  23. My first post had more details but would have to ask my friend for the
  24. specifics (ie: model # and such)  If they are needed please let me know.

  27. Comp-U-Store Online

  29. Lyco computers.

  31. What I am looking for is information concerning the quality of the modems
  32. They are both about the same price.
  33. Any comments about the 2 companies are welcome as well.

  35. In other words anything that might tip the scale towards one or the other.
