  27. Well I have bought two of them and returned one! The first an internal, 
  28. worked fine on all 14.4 boards I called getting the appropriate download 
  29. speeds etc. But it would not connect to Compuserve at 2400. It would just 
  30. hang up as soon as the remote modem answered. After several faxes to and 
  31. from Supra (who were fairly responsive), it was determined the modem was 
  32. faulty and I returned it to the dealer for another. This one also will not 
  33. connect to CIS using either Terminal, Procomm/Windows or  Procomm/Plus. 
  34. However it will connect using CIM, either from DOS or a Windowed DOS 
  35. session. It must be some setting somewhere but I don't know what it is.
  36. I also bought an external for a friend. It worked fine out of the box 
  37. connecting with no problems to CIS. However, the transformer does get a 
  38. bit hot and he is experiencing busy detect problems occasionally.
  39. On the whole, I am happy. Their TS is OK (don't try to call them) and the 
  40. modems do the job. And the price is right (I paid $219 for the internal 
  41. and $279 for the external).
