  16. I am considering buying a fax modem with Caller ID and Voice Mail options.
  17. My choice is narrowed down to two modems: Supra and Zytel.
  18. Both hardware mfg. state that their hardware supports the above features,
  19. but it is lacking Mac software to take advantage of.

  21. Does anyone have further info on this issue? I would like to hear your 
  22. response.
