  36. the modem is the same except the internal has a 16550, which
  37. is about $35 or so to get for an external if your serial board
  38. doesn't have one. Other people like the 'lights' on the external
  39. and think it's worth the added dollars.

  48. I use mine under DOS with ProcommPlus and under 'Linux'
  49. with uucp and several communications packages and love it.

  51. Only problem I've had is that it doesn't like PEP as the 
  52. first tone it sees and that it doesn't appear to connect to
  53. a Supra worth a damn.
