  15.   I'm looking for Entity-Relationship Diagramming software that runs under Windows
  16.   3.1.  I've seen advertisements for ER/Win and System Architect but I don't 
  17.   know if they're any good.  Is anyone using them out there?

  19.   It would also be nice if the software included other tools such as DFD's or 
  20.   Flow Charts.
