  12. On the subject of sending me email - please don't.  I have received,
  13. in the last few weeks, quite a number of email messages requesting
  14. help on specific problems.  While I spend some spare time offering
  15. suggestions/solutions in this forum, I really do not have the
  16. time to do so through email as well.  If you have a problem, you
  17. should be calling Tech Support (which I do NOT work for, btw).  If
  18. that is a problem for some reason, you should post your problem
  19. here.  There are several at us in Informix who read and respond
  20. here, and coupled with a very knowledgeable user base reading this
  21. group, you are pretty likely to get an answer.  Sending me email
  22. directly will generally only result in a response if the answer is
  23. short, and I know it off the top of my head.  I am simply too busy
  24. with "real" work (the stuff my manager gives me to do) for anything
  25. more.
